Noix on broadway
3 parts Whiskey (We use Rye)
1 part Sidetrack Nocino Liqueur
Stir with ice, strain and serve up. Garnish with an orange peel.

Ice cubes
3/4 oz. gin
3/4 oz. Lemon Verbena Liqueur
3/4 oz. maraschino liqueur
3/4 oz. lime juice
1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full with ice cubes. Add everything & shake well.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Scarlet lush
1.5 oz. vodka
0.75 oz. Sidetrack Distillery Raspberry Liqueur
.5 oz. simple syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Lemon twist, for garnish
- Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Dark Knight
1.5 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Sidetrack Distillery Blackberry Liqueur
.25 oz. simple syrup
3/4 inch sprig of rosemary
- Muddle sprig of rosemary in cocktail shaker.
- Fill cocktail shaker halfway full with ice. Add the vodka, liqueur, and simple syrup. Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon rind.
SIDETRACK KIR ROYALES
1 oz. Sidetrack Distillery Cassis Liqueur (Raspberry Liqueur is equally as good)
Chilled Sparkling Wine
- Add liqueur to a champagne flute and top off with chilled champagne
Sweet beets
Cucumber
2 oz. Sidetrack Distillery BETE (or equal parts BETE and vodka)
1 oz. light agave nectar
1 oz. fresh lime juice
- Muddle 2 slices of cucumber in a cocktail shaker
- Fill cocktail shaker halfway full with ice and shake the remaining ingredients
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Drive the blues away
1.5 oz. Vodka
1.5 oz. Sidetrack Distillery Blueberry Liqueur
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
Chilled Prosecco Sparkling Wine (optional)
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full with ice. Add the vodka, liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass. Top the glass off with Prosecco Sparkling Wine (optional).
