Noix on broadway

3 parts Whiskey (We use Rye)
1 part Sidetrack Nocino Liqueur

Stir with ice, strain and serve up.  Garnish with an orange peel.

Ice cubes
3/4 oz. gin
3/4 oz. Lemon Verbena Liqueur
3/4 oz. maraschino liqueur
3/4 oz. lime juice

1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full with ice cubes. Add everything & shake well.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.

cracked ice
2 oz. London Dry Gin
1 oz. Sidetrack Shiso Liqueur
1 oz. Aperol
Orange twist, for garnish

 

 

Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass halfway full with cracked ice. Add everything but the twist. Stir well.

Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the orange twist.

 

Scarlet lush

1.5 oz. vodka
0.75 oz. Sidetrack Distillery Raspberry Liqueur
.5 oz. simple syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Lemon twist, for garnish

  • Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Dark Knight

1.5 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Sidetrack Distillery Blackberry Liqueur
.25 oz. simple syrup
3/4 inch sprig of rosemary

  • Muddle sprig of rosemary in cocktail shaker.
  • Fill cocktail shaker halfway full with ice. Add the vodka, liqueur, and simple syrup. Shake well.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon rind.

Shiso Gimlet

2 oz. Gin (we used Gin Sul)
1 oz. Shiso Liqueur
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Juice of 1/2 a lime

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain in a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

 

 

 

SIDETRACK KIR ROYALES


1 oz. Sidetrack Distillery Cassis Liqueur (Raspberry Liqueur is equally as good)
Chilled Sparkling Wine

  • Add liqueur to a champagne flute and top off with chilled champagne

Sweet beets

Cucumber
2 oz. Sidetrack Distillery BETE (or equal parts BETE and vodka)
1 oz. light agave nectar
1 oz. fresh lime juice

  • Muddle 2 slices of cucumber in a cocktail shaker
  • Fill cocktail shaker halfway full with ice and shake the remaining ingredients
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Drive the blues away

1.5 oz. Vodka
1.5 oz. Sidetrack Distillery Blueberry Liqueur
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
Chilled Prosecco Sparkling Wine (optional)

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full with ice. Add the vodka, liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass. Top the glass off with Prosecco Sparkling Wine (optional).
